Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to PantheonKeys

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
