What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do your mechanical keyboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all PantheonKeys hardware products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by liquid spills, unauthorized modifications, or improper assembly of DIY kits.
What is your return policy for keycaps and switches?
You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of electronics, we cannot accept returns on switches that have been soldered or keycaps that show visible signs of use.
Are your keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Absolutely. Our keyboards feature a toggle switch or firmware shortcut to swap between Windows and macOS modes. We also include Mac-specific command and option keycaps in most of our premium sets.
Can I cancel or modify my Group Buy order?
Group Buy orders can be cancelled for a full refund while the sale period is active. Once the Group Buy has ended and production has begun, we are unable to offer cancellations or modifications as funds have been committed to the manufacturer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger custom builds, we also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.
